Dawn
A. Fleck
President and Founder
Twenty years experience

Dawn is responsible for leading the
DeNovo team on all projects and delivering clients the highest quality
deliverables, presentations, and strategic direction given our research
findings.
Prior to founding DeNovo Research
Solutions, Dawn was a Vice President and member of the Senior
Leadership Team at Migliara/Kaplan, where she performed strategic
marketing consulting, qualitative and quantitative research design and
analysis, new product development, and account management for many
major pharmaceutical clients.
Her prior years of experience were
based solely in marketing and product management for both consumer
products and services. Dawn earned an MBA, as well as her BS in
Industrial Management and Applied Mathematics, from Carnegie Mellon
University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Randall
M. Long
Vice President
Twelve Years Experience

Randy is a dedicated, capable Vice
President with years of experience leading and designing customized
marketing research projects for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical
clients. At DeNovo, Randy is responsible for developing client
partnerships and leading major client research projects.
Prior to joining DeNovo Research
Solutions, Randy was an Account Executive at Migliara/Kaplan, where he
managed several major pharmaceutical clients and performed strategic
marketing research and consulting. In Randy’s six years at
Migliara/Kaplan, he gained increasing responsibilities and therapeutic
knowledge by designing and executing a wide variety of qualitative and
quantitative studies spanning most research methodologies. He has
also led research teams while conducting studies in domestic as well as
international markets.
Randy earned an MBA, as well as BA in
Psychology, from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.

Kelly
E. Kaye
Account Manager
Five Years Experience
Kelly is responsible for managing all
aspects of marketing research projects, including planning and
coordination, execution of each phase of research, preparing final
analyses for both domestic and international studies, and active
communication with clients. She has knowledge in multiple
therapeutic categories, including metastatic colorectal cancer,
psoriasis, endometriosis, HIV, and atrial fibrillation.
Previously, Kelly was a Research
Manager at TNS Healthcare, a large pharmaceutical market research firm,
where she was responsible for the execution and analysis of
quantitative and qualitative market research studies for both US and
global pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
Kelly graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor
of Arts in International Relations and a minor in Entrepreneurship and
Management from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

Matthew C. Sheffer
Chief Methodologist, Advanced Analytics
Fourteen years experience

Matt is responsible for
research methodology and multivariate analysis, as well as new product
development efforts.
Previously, Matt was a
Director of the Advanced Methods Group at Migliara/Kaplan where he
provided consulting and analysis on all aspects of quantitative
research. As Director of New Products at M/K, Matt was charged
with researching and implementing new research methodologies and to
institute creative and innovative product offerings in order to achieve
clients' research goals.
His expertise spans the
areas of decision modeling, product optimization and positioning,
market segmentation, and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Matt
did his graduate work in Political Science where he studied
mathematical modeling of international processes and
decision-making. He later went on to earn an MBA in Econometrics
and an MS in Marketing Analysis from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Karen M. Mannion
Executive Research Director
Twelve years experience

Karen is responsible for leading
project teams, and delivering customized research design, analysis and
reporting for all clients.
Previously, Karen was a Research
Director at Migliara/Kaplan specializing in the design, execution and
analysis of quantitative market research studies for both US and global
pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. At M/K, Karen was charged
with developing “best practice” guidelines for various
market research methodologies and was the leader in company training
and development.
Karen possesses expertise in several
methodologies, including positioning, market segmentation, and decision
modeling for new product development and for pricing new and existing
products. Karen earned her BS in Mathematics and Statistics from
Salisbury University in Maryland.

Megan A. Macri
Research Director
Nine years experience

Megan
is primarily responsible for managing all facets of marketing research
projects, including study design, implementation and execution of each
phase of research, and quality control of all final analyses for both
domestic and international studies. She has experience in many
quantitative methodologies such as decision modeling,
positioning, and market segmentations.
Previously,
Megan was a Senior Research Manager for TNS Healthcare.
Megan’s responsibilities in this position included project
management and execution of qualitative and quantitative projects from
the proposal stage through delivery of final reports and
presentations. Megan also worked as a Multivariate Analyst in the
Advanced Methods department at TNS Healthcare. In addition to her
project execution responsibilities, Megan was involved with the
training and mentoring of new employees.
Megan earned her
Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing
from Loyola College in Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business.

Tami
Salmi
Research Analyst

Tami is responsible for
managing all aspects of marketing research projects, including the
planning and coordination, execution of each phase of research, and
preparing final analyses, reports, and presentations for both domestic
and international studies. She has knowledge in multiple
therapeutic categories including oncology (breast, colorectal, and
prostate cancer), diabetes, cardiology, glaucoma, and migraines.
Previously, Tami was a Project Director at Kantar Health, a large
pharmaceutical market research firm. Tami’s
responsibilities in this position included project management and
execution and delivery of final reports and presentations of
quantitative projects. Tami also worked as a Senior Research
Analyst at TNS Healthcare where she was responsible for the management
of all phases of research studies for both US and global pharmaceutical
and healthcare markets. She has experience in many quantitative
methodologies such as decision modeling, market landscaping, and market
segmentations.
Tami graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a minor in
Anthropology, and a concentration in Pre-Medicine from the Johns
Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

Emily
H. Goad
Project Operations Manager
Eight years experience

Emily
is responsible for the coordination and execution of qualitative and
quantitative research for both domestic and international studies.
Previously,
Emily was a Senior Field Analyst for TNS Healthcare where she managed
the fielding of research projects from vendor selection through study
completion. She participated in the proposal development of
research projects by providing cost estimates, timing, and study
feasibility. While at TNS Healthcare, Emily also assisted in the
establishment and implementation of new fielding procedures.
Prior to her work with TNS Healthcare, Emily was a Market Research
Analysis for Black & Decker in Towson, Maryland. At Black
& Decker, Emily managed all phases of market research from proposal
development to final presentation. Emily possesses expertise in
process development, cost negotiation, data analysis and problem
solving specific to the healthcare and pharmaceutical markets.
Emily
earned her BS in Psychology from James Madison University in Virginia,
and her MA in Experimental Psychology from Towson University in
Maryland.
